Blackberries give this salt it's incredible colour. Get fancy with it: sprinkle atop chocolate cake, eggs benny, salads - you name it, this makes it fancier.

Harvested on Salt Spring Island by experts Philippe Marill and Carolyn Kvajik with their passion for the "pairing of a French culinary tradition with a natural West Coast resource".

Note: blackberries colour this salt, the flavour does not come through - making it versatile for adding colour to any dish.
